Rita came to Canada seeking a new beginning but found herself trapped in a cycle of isolation and domestic stress. With the culturally-competent care of HF Care’s Korean Clinic and Recovery Programs, she rebuilt her confidence and independence, eventyally learning that healing happens when both body and mind are cared for. Today, she’s a proud working mother who shares her story to remind others that asking for help is a sign of strength.
