About HF Care Foundation
HF Care’s founders are recognized leaders who shaped cultural psychiatry through
groundbreaking research and clinical innovation.
In 2001, a small group of HF legacy leaders came together to ensure the organization (formerly named Hong Fook Mental Health Association) had a long-term sustainability plan, to meet the growing needs of our community and expand beyond the limits of public funding.
The Foundation created a new philanthropic ‘table’ where the historically unmet needs of the Asian communities served through the Association could be prioritized.
Our Impact
We've become a trusted presence in Asian communities by growing with the people we serve.
