Together For Tomorrow

The HF Care Foundation hosted its annual gala on Saturday, June 6, at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites, Conference Centre and Spa, marking the official debut of its transformational new brand identity. Formerly known as Hong Fook Mental Health Association, the transition to HF Care speaks to its way of care more clearly and consistently, while honouring the history and the community that built the organization.

The premier fundraising event drew over 400 donors, business leaders, and mental health professionals, raising more than $430,000. These vital funds directly support culturally rooted care, enabling HF Care to deepen its way of care across all ages, expand its reach throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and scale the model nationally, so that no one, whether it’s a client, a parent, a child, a partner, or a friend – needs to face their mental health journey alone.
