HF Care의 창립자들은

2001년, 소수의 HF 유산 리더들이 모여 조직(이전 명칭: 홍푹 정신건강 협회)이 우리 지역사회의 증가하는 요구를 충족시키고 공공 자금 지원의 한계를 넘어 확장할 수 있도록 장기적인 지속 가능성 계획을 수립했습니다.
재단은 협회를 통해 지원받는 아시아계 커뮤니티의 역사적으로 충족되지 못했던 요구들이 우선적으로 다루어질 수 있는 새로운 자선 기반을 마련했습니다.
