Our Youth and Family Services support Asian youth (ages 12–29), their families, and caregivers through programs, counselling, and peer connections that help everyone grow and thrive together.

We run programs in Toronto and York Region, created with youth input.

What We Offer:

  • CHOICES (ages 12–17): A 10-week life skills program to be prepared to handle challenges before they start. 
  • Youth Outreach Worker Program (ages 12–21): One-on-one support and community resource connections for Chinese-identifying youth in Toronto. 
  • Brief Counselling Service (ages 12–25): Mental health counselling for Asian-identifying youth and families by Asian-identifying Clinicians. 
  • Youth Peer Support Group (ages 16-29): A monthly group for youth to connect, talk about life, and get mental health support. 
  • Parent Support Network: For Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean-speaking parents to share positive parenting skills and resources.
  • Youth Volunteer Network (ages 12–25): Build leadership skills and make a difference through volunteering.
  • Youth Council (ages 16–25): Connect with other youth and lead projects on mental health, identity, race, and social issues.
